Guiding Little Learners is not a registered medical, psychological, speech pathology, or educational intervention service. - Products and Services
Guiding Little Learners offers the following types of digital products and services:

- Online Courses — including the Foundations Course and Mini Courses, delivered via the Kajabi platform
- Progress Hub — a digital membership community delivered via the Kajabi platform

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
By completing a purchase, you will receive access to your product as described at the time of purchase. Access details will be provided via the email address you supply at checkout.
- Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of any applicable GST where required by Australian law.
Payment is processed securely through Kajabi's payment system. Guiding Little Learners does not store your payment card details.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
- Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind once a purchase has been made and access to the digital product has been provided.
5.1 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

5.2 Progress Hub Membership
Monthly and annual Progress Hub memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing period.
10-day free trials require a valid payment method to be provided at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the applicable paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
- Intellectual Property
All content created and provided by Guiding Little Learners — including but not limited to written materials, guides, reports, course content, audio, video, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Guiding Little Learners and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
When you purchase a product from Guiding Little Learners, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share our content with others who have not purchased access
- Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any of our content
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
- Upload or share our content on any third-party platform, social media, or file-sharing service
Breach of these conditions may result in termination of your access and may give rise to legal action.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure our content is accurate, evidence-informed, and of high quality, we make no warranties or representations that:

- Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or our products will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

By purchasing from us or subscribing to our email communications, you consent to receiving emails from Guiding Little Learners relevant to your purchase or subscription. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

- Third-Party Platforms
Our products are delivered via third-party platforms including Kajabi and ScoreApp. Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. - Progress Hub Community Standards
Access to the Progress Hub community is subject to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you engage in conduct that is:
- Abusive, harassing, or offensive toward other members or staff
- Spam, self-promotion, or commercial solicitation
- Sharing or distributing our proprietary content outside the community
- Otherwise contrary to the spirit and purpose of the community
- Changes to These Terms
